Site work for a golf course in Sulphur, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade golf course.
Sealed bids are requested for the Frasch Park Golf Course Drainage Improvements Project. Bids are to be submitted by licensed Building Contractors as defined in the project documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, using an approved bid bond form or check as specified. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract. Bidders must be appropriately licensed for Building Construction under Louisiana law. Preference is given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids must be plainly marked with the project name, contractor name and address, and contractor license number. Bid envelopes must meet these requirements for consideration. No bids may be withdrawn within forty-five days after bid receipt except as allowed by law. Official action on bids will be taken within forty-five days unless extended by mutual written consent with the lowest responsible bidder. Participation in a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is available to interested parties.
