New construction of a multi-residential development in Kuujjuaq, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 34,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 34-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of two buildings, each comprising 17 flats. These buildings will be connected by a covered walkway and an access ramp. 1. Construction of a three (3) story building with a total floor area of ??± 525 sq m including 17 apartments, an elevator, a mechanical room, and a crawl space. 2. The construction of a second, similar building is also planned in a second phase. TIMELINE: Tender call # KRG 20 (3709) was cancelled. Reference number: 20103740. Tender call for various civil works to prepare a land for the construction of a future residential project in Kuujjuaq is underway. Information can be followed in the report under ID name: Kuujjuaq Multiplex Civil Engineering Works. The work must be carried out between the signing of the contract and December 1, 2026. Further update in summer/fall, 2026.
