On Lot 620, the works include the selective demolition of components identified on the plans and the installation of a new roof on the foundation retained after the relocation. On Lot 812, the project includes, but is not limited to, ground preparation, new foundations, the construction of a new crawl space, new electromechanical systems, the replacement of finishes and other related architectural and structural works, as described in the plans and specifications attached to the tender. The project also includes the construction of a double shed on the site. The relocation of the building and its porticos, as well as the necessary shoring and structural repairs, are the responsibility of the contractor. The works must be carried out between the signing of the contract and 1 March 2027, in the northern village of Kuujjuaq in Nunavik.
