The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Lift Station No. 1 Improvements & Force Main Rehabilitation for Parkway Utility District including, but not limited to, an eight-foot (8’) diameter concrete lift station wet well complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings and supports, supports access hatches and safety grates; partial demolition of the existing lift station and wet well structure, filling, capping and abandoning the remaining structure in place; demolishing the existing concrete paving and access drive; demolishing the existing lift station fence and existing fences encroaching on the lift station property; excavating, demolishing, and replacing the existing upstream sanitary sewer manhole, onsite influent sanitary sewer, and onsite force main; 6-inch (6”) on-site force main; one (1) on-site sanitary sewer manhole; 18” PVC on-site influent sanitary sewer; 6” PVC off-site force main slip lined through existing 14” force main and connection to one (1) off-site corrosion discharge manhole; one (1) off-site sanitary sewer doghouse manhole; one (1) on-site Type A storm water inlet; one (1) underground stormwater detention basin; one (1) off-site storm doghouse manhole; 24” RCP on-site and off-site storm sewer and connection to off-site storm sewer doghouse manhole; water service line, hose bibb and hose rack, backflow preventer; generator concrete pad; control panel and service rack foundation and fabricated canopy; chain link fence and gates; concrete access drive; concrete sidewalk; construction of proposed electrical panels, equipment, instruments, conduits and conductors; configuration and testing of automatic controls; demolition and removal of existing electrical panels, generator, equipment and instruments; removal of all conductors and capping and sealing existing conduits; demolishing existing generator; new generator; reconnection of temporary and permanent electrical service and all related miscellaneous electrical work, complete as specified.
