Renovation of an educational facility in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 172,500-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of December 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Separate sealed bids will be received by Willowbrook on behalf of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma for BP#20 Electrical Re-Bid USAO Willard Hall Dormitory Renovation. Submit sealed bids to Willowbrook c/o The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma at 3108 S. 9th Street Chickasha, OK 73018. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid is under $50,000, it may be emailed to Katy.Olson@willowbrook.build by 10:00 A.M. on bid day. Plans and specifications may be obtained from Gill Reprographics at the cost of reproduction. Contract Documents will also be on file at Southwest Construction News and willowbrook.build. For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
