Renovation of a multi-residential development in Heath Springs, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for Site, Dwelling, and Non-Dwelling Unit Improvements at existing individual sites and locations as listed. The work is described in the Contract Documents, including Plans and Specifications. Bids must be for a "Lump Sum Contract Price." All bids must be sealed and addressed to the offices of the Local Housing Authority and plainly marked as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bond for 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must furnish and pay for a 100% performance and payment bond or bonds. Contractors must provide certified evidence of compliance with applicable licensing laws of the state for licensing in conjunction with the bid, including the appropriate Contractor's License and Contractor Bidder's License. Attention is called to equal employment opportunity requirements and payment of not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Project Manual, General Conditions, Special Conditions, and Supplementary Special Conditions. Smoking is prohibited for all contractors, their employees, and anyone on the property or grounds of SCRHA1. The Local Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Local Housing Authority. The Contract price for this project shall reflect all permits, licenses, fees, insurances, construction to accommodate the equipment of other trades, bond fees, exterior sitework and temporary facilities and utilities
