Renovation of a municipal facility in Bastrop, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 1/9/2025, this project was rejected for being over the budget. It is unknown if the project will rebid at this time. HVAC, Base work includes replacement of the HVAC systems in the courthouse including the addition/extension, the outside mechanical plant, and the Annex building throughout. Remove and restore building assemblies throughout as required to complete the replacement of the HVAC system. Extend one existing stair in the Annex building to access the roof including a light gauged metal framed penthouse enclosure with metal roof deck, metal siding, and TPO roofing. Structural steel modifications to Annex building to support new stair penthouse and new steel dunnage to support roof top HVAC units. Modification and repairs to exterior envelope for roof and wall penetrations for weathertight assembly. Site work limited to demo and installation of below grade HVAC lines, and restoration of site affected by HVAC work. Asbestos and lead abatement coincident to the work of this contract. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds required. 5% Proposal Guaranty required Question Deadline 11/26/2025 Questions must be received by the Contact Persons no later than 4 business days prior to the Proposal Deadline.
