Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to visit planting blocks prior to bidding. Please see notes for more access comments. Work is to commence once trees are released from the nursery. If the hot lift date is pushed back by circumstances out of the contractor's control, the finish date will be pushed back an equal number of days within reason. The Contractor is expected to maintain and daily production minimum of 90,000 trees per day. All trees are located in the C2C Chinook Nursery in Medicine Hat, Alberta. The successful bidder will be solely responsible for providing the necessary transportation for personnel, seedling, equipment and all other aspects outlined in the contract.
