The Supplier will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important role and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The principal Site Representative should ideally have a minimum of two years’ experience. The Supplier and their employees and/or approved contractors must have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with tenants in order to maintain positive relations. The work covers two properties: Autumn Lodge, an eight-unit one-level housing complex for seniors and those with disabilities, and Spruce Grove Townhouses, a family housing complex with six buildings containing various unit sizes.
