Reference Number 00005257360 The Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Forests, BC Wildfire Service, is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake a feasibility study for the Mackenzie Fire Base The purpose of the feasibility study is to assess the current condition, functionality, regulatory compliance, operational requirements, and infrastructure capacity of the existing facility and supporting building systems. The study will evaluate opportunities for facility renewal, operational improvements, and future investment planning through the development and assessment of feasible upgrade and implementation options.The successful Proponent will be required to undertake an assessment of the facility's architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building envelope systems, identify deficiencies and upgrade requirements, assess infrastructure constraints and dependencies, and provide recommendations and cost estimates to support future capital planning and decision-making.
