City of West Linn, will receive Proposals On-Call Public Improvement Services for the Public Works, Engineering Division, 22500 Salamo Road, West Linn, Oregon 97068 for the following:On-Call Public Improvement Services The City of West Linn (COWL) is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Companies for On-Call Public Improvement projects throughout the City of West Linn. This initial contract will be awarded to up to three (3) companies to cover public improvement needs that arise on an emergency basis or require expertise outside the scope of current staff. This solicitation does not guarantee an annual expenditure towards projects. Questions must also be submitted through online The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon determination of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
