Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work shall be executed under a single general construction contract for Riverside High School Fields Improvements for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The intent of the project is to install artificial turf infields and natural grass outfields at the existing baseball and softball field locations. New fencing is also to be installed. Sealed Bids and First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms are required. Bidders must use complete sets of Bidding Documents as prepared by the architect for preparing Bids. All bids must be received at the District Operations Center. A First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form must be completed and submitted within 2 hours of the Bid time and date. Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the School District in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, is required.
