Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and educational facility.
Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract for the Demolition 2026 at WLHS and MCMS project for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The intent of the project is demolition of existing site structures, remove demolished materials, and install rock at location of demolished structures. Work to be completed on two separate sites: 5509 W A Street, West Linn, Oregon 97068 28355 SW 60th Avenue, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070 Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
