Site work and paving for a civil project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing Collective Storm Drainage Improvement Projects Series AE will involve 2 projects throughout the City of Charlotte, 4440 Holbrook Dr, 4611 Denver Av Phase 2. 4440 Holbrook Dr scope will include installation of approx. 26LF 30" RCP 90LF 36" RCP 110LF 29x45 Elliptical pipe 7LF 24" RCP 77LF 15" RCP 29LF 15" RCP Class IV. Approx 26 LF of 30" RCP 56LF 15" RCP 10 LF 36" RCP will be removed and another approx. 200LF of RCP is to be plugged and abandoned. Scope also intends to replace approximately. 105LF of sewer with 8" DIP and replace (2) sewer manholes. Storm drainage structure replacement, foundation protection, asphalt resurfacing and curb and gutter replacement to also be included. 4611 Denver Av Phase 2 scope will include removal of approximately 75 LF of duel 60" CMP and installation of 65LF of a 10x5 RCBC. R&R 54 LF 6" Water Main Project to include approx. 314 LF of sewer replacement and (6) MHs. Scope also to include concrete headwalls, riprap, and full depth pavement resurfacing.
