Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winchester, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
The work consists of 504 Improvements, Phase 3 and Exterior Improvements funded under Modernization Program No.s IL01P073-501-24 and IL01P073-501-25 at Projects IL-73-2/Manchester and IL-73-9/Winchester in Scott County, Illinois. Bids shall be submitted in a single lump sum proposal. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Scott County Housing Authority, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. The surety company must be authorized to do business in the state where the project is located and must be acceptable to the Government. If the bid guarantee is not submitted with the bid, the bid will be rejected. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening.
