The project is for MCWI Water System Improvements for the City of Ellisville, also referred to as Engineer's Project No. 24-081. Sealed proposals are to be submitted and marked accordingly. The PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at Ellisville City Hall and Pickering Engineering Services, PLLC. Plans and documents can be purchased and bids can be submitted at www.phbidding.co. Minority and women's business enterprises are encouraged to bid and inquire about subcontracting and supply needs. Contracts awarded under this invitation are expected to be funded by the ARPA Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure (MCWI) Grant Program. The procurement is subject to applicable Mississippi Code sections and MCWI Program Regulations, and must comply with relevant Uniform Guidance provisions (including cost principles, audit requirements, and federal award requirements). The award will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the Base Bid Amount. A certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each proposal.
