Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Major Items of Work Consists of Renovation of Existing Public Restrooms, Including Selective Demolition, Installation of New Tile Finishes, Solid Phenolic Toilet Partitions, Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories, Floor Drains, Wall-mounted and Recessed Restroom Accessories, Led Lighting, and Related Electrical and Plumbing Modifications. The Contractor Shall Achieve Substantial Completion Within 90 Calendar Days of Starting Construction, and Final Completion Within 120 Calendar Days After Starting Construction. Proposals Must Include a Signed Proposal Form and a Bid Security in the Form of Either a Proposal Bond or Certified Check in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid. Proposal Bonds May Be Submitted as Scanned Pdfs or Digitally Issued and Uploaded Directly Through the Bid Portal. If Submitting a Scanned Proposal Bond, the Original Physical Bond Must Be Delivered to the City Within Five (5) Business Days Following the Bid Deadline. Certified Checks Must Be Delivered in Person to the City Prior to the Bid Deadline; Late Delivery of Certified Checks Will Result in Bid Rejection. The City of Tualatin Reserves the Right to Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Procedures and Requirements and May Reject for Good Cause Any orAll Bids Upon a Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
