Installation of ADA-compliant automatic door operators, including one low-energy swinging door for a single-occupant restroom and two motion-activated surface-mount sliding door systems at the main entrance of the Juanita Pohl Senior Center, with related permitting, electrical connections, and integration with existing building systems. The Contractor shall begin construction within 30 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within 90 calendar days of starting construction, and Final Completion within 120 calendar days after starting construction. This project is for a public work, subject to the prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and the Federal Davis-Bacon Act. The City of Tualatin reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Bids cannot be withdrawn within forty-five (45) after the Bid Closing. The City reserves the right to make changes to the Invitation to Bid and the Contract Documents by written addenda prior to the Bid Closing. Addenda shall be made available to all contractors who have joined the plan holders list on the Bid Portal, as provided in the Contract Documents.
