Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated bid portal; late bids or bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted. First-tier subcontractor disclosure must be submitted via the bid portal no later than two working hours after bid closing. Proposals must include a signed proposal form and a bid security in the form of either a proposal bond or certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
