Sealed bids will be received by the Brazos County Purchasing Office prior to 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids and all subsequent addendums may be obtained by going to the website https://brazosbid.ionwave.net. RFQ # CIP 26-527 is for THE UNIVERSITY DRIVE (FM 60) AND SOUTH COLLEGE/COLLEGE AVENUE (INCLUDING SPUR 308) COMPLETE STREETS PROJECT. Payments will be processed by the Brazos County Auditor by invoice after notification of satisfactory receipt of items. Bids in excess of $100,000.00 may require a five percent Bid Bond. Brazos County reserves the right to award by unit cost or lump sum discounted and to accept or reject any or all bids and waive all formalities and technicalities. Deadline for Questions Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at 5:00 PM CST
