Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rochester, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development; one-story above grade office development; and one-story above grade retail development.
The City of Rochester, NH is soliciting proposals for the redevelopment of 6.5 acres in the downtown district to new multi-use development. The area, known as 161 South Main Street, consists of six separate parcels in one contiguous area. Bidders must submit five hard copies of their proposal via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS, or deliver in person to the Finance Office at City Hall. Proposal packages should reference RFP 26-07 Downtown Redevelopment-161 South Main St. Bid specifications are available online or by email from the Purchasing Agent. Questions may be directed by email or phone to the Purchasing Agent. All responses will be acknowledged and a respondent summary will be posted online. A comprehensive review of all proposals will be performed, and selected finalists will be notified regarding additional steps for final developer selection.
