Description of Work: The purpose of this project is to renovate the existing 80,000 sqft building located at 9001 Edmonston Road in Greenbelt, MD. Renovations will include interior build out, new offices, and clinical spaces for PGCo Health Department. WOrk includes (but is not limited to) site demolition, concrete, masonry, structural metals, architectural woodwork, insulation, roofing, doors & windows, flooring, interior & exterior painting, visual display units, partitions, x-ray shielding assemblies, toilet accessories, canopies, fire protection, countertops, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Estimated Budget: $35M Time for Completion: 250 calendar days Liquidated Damages: $2,500 per calnder day Requests for Information (RFIs): All inquiries must be submitted via email to Estimating@tuckman.com no later than COB, Tuesday, November 18, 2025 as they are due to the Owner NLT Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Interior fit-out of all five stories of the existing facility. 2. Replacement of existing exterior windows and storefront entrances. 3. Replacement of existing roofing. 4. Installation of new exterior canopies. 5. Replacement of existing mechanical systems. 6. Replacement of existing electrical systems. 7. Replacement of existing plumbing systems. 8. Replaement of existing fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
