Renovation of a recreation facility in Emporium, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,732-square-foot, two-story above grade recreation facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the alterations and renovations to the Cameron County Recreation Center at 300 South Chestnut Street, Emporium, Cameron County, PA. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, and a bid bond or certified check payable to the County of Cameron in the amount of 10% of the bid price is required. A payment bond and a performance bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required for faithful performance of the contract. Full compliance with all applicable Commonwealth laws, including the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, is required. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any formalities or technicalities. Bidders are encouraged to schedule a site visit. SCOPE OF WORK General exterior and interior alterations and renovations to the Cameron County Recreation Center, funded in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Broadband Development Authority (PBDA).
