Site work for an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price prior to the execution of the contract. Cleveland City Schools reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the school system. *Interested bidders are required to email Casey Myers cmyers@lewisgroup.net to get bidding documents as a condition to bid.* Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing via e-mail, to Lewis Group Architects. a. Site work, including utilities for the new Softball Facility. b. Complete construction of new PEMB for new Softball facility. c. Pay fees related to the work, including, but not limited to tap fees, and other fees required by authorities having jurisdiction.
