New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking multiple Consultants to provide on-call maritime engineering consultant services. The selected consultants will provide site investigation and inspection (including but not limited to surveys, underwater, subsurface and other types of inspections, environmental and other types of studies, soil borings, surveys and various engineering studies), analysis, design and project management services at various waterfront properties located throughout the City. Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5pm on Friday, November 14, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to OncallMaritime2026@edc.nyc. Answers to all questions will be posted by Friday, November 21, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5pm on Friday, November 14, 2025, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to RFPREQUEST@edc.nyc on or before Monday, December 8, 2025. Anticipated Contract Execution Date: January 2026 Anticipated Contract Term: Five years with two (2) one-year M/WBE Participation Goal: 30% The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
