As of December 19, 2025, project was awarded to Paul Brothers Inc. but award amount is not available. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 Requests for additional information or interpretation of the contract documents shall be delivered to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov referencing the ITB number, in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the Bid due date and time. Metro intends to award the contract to a single firm. The term of the contract is anticipated to be January 2026 through April 2026. Metro is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for landscaping and irrigation installation scope at Metro Regional Center, complete with all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work shown in the attached construction documents, including but not limited to: Installation of landscape within existing on-structure rooftop planters, including: Import of specified soils Soil preparation and grading Installation of plant material. Installation and/or retrofit of existing irrigation system. Please submit all questions to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
