This project includes selective demolition and structural seismic upgrades throughout the facility, along with re-roofing and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, as well as select interior improvements. Work will involve the removal and reinstallation of existing equipment, fixtures, and finishes to accommodate seismic and roofing upgrades, along with selective interior and exterior finish work related to these improvements. The project scope also includes installation of new mechanical equipment, targeted plumbing modifications to support the new roof and interior upgrades, and electrical system enhancements including new panelboards, feeders, lighting, and lighting controls.
