Site work for a water / sewer project in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work involves the rehabilitation of an existing eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe between SSMH 3254-6-041 and SSMH 3254-6-042 using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, the replacement of a manhole, the rehabilitation of a manhole, and lining of laterals. The major quantities include 478 linear feet of CIPP 8", 3 T-liners, 1 manhole replacement, and 1 manhole rehabilitation. Instructions to bidders specify that sealed bids must be received at the front desk in the main lobby of Gresham City Hall, addressed to Daniel Dogar, by the designated deadline. Late bids will be retained unopened. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards. Contract terms, conditions, and specifications are available for review at the office of the Department of Environmental Services at Gresham City Hall, or electronically by contacting Daniel Dogar. The Engineers Estimate for this project is $111,000.00
