Renovation of an educational facility in Englishtown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

**As of December 22nd, 2025, the project was awarded to Multi Temp Mechanical, but the awarded amount is not available.** Bids are requested for Electrical Services for the Freehold Regional High School District Board of Education. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope to the Business Office, including the bid title, bid number, and the bidder's name and address on the envelope. time period of January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 Electrical work at the District's properties to be performed on an as needed basis, which may include, but not be limited to, the following activities: All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the latest adopted editions of the federal, state and local construction codes Demonstrated experience with New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) regulations and the plan review/approval process for public school facility projects Coordinate with construction officials for the application of permits, as needed Strict adherence to all OSHA safety standards, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and arc flash safety protocols Capability to perform all necessary cutting, coring, and patching of walls, floors, and ceilings for new installations Ability to provide accurate, updated as-built drawings and panel schedules upon completion of any project Proven ability to work in an occupied school environment, including adherence to strict safety protocols, dust/noise control, and coordination with school administration to minimize disruption to educational activities All on-site personnel must comply with all District security requirements and protocols Installation, replacement, and maintenance of electrical distribution systems, including but not limited to main switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), panelboards and sub-panels Installation, termination, and testing of primary and secondary electrical feeders and branch circuits, including proper sizing, phasing, and balancing of loads Installation of all types of electrical raceways and conduitsystems, in both concealed and exposed applications Installation and testing of new grounding and bonding systems, and modification of existing systems Installation, retrofit, and repair of interior and exterior lighting systems, fixtures, and associated controls Installation, testing, and maintenance of emergency and exit lighting systems Installation and programming of advanced lighting control systems, including occupancy sensors, dimmers, daylight harvesting systems, and centralized/networked control panels Installation, modification, and expansion of fire alarm systems, including notification appliances (strobes, horns), initiating devices (smoke detectors, pull stations) in collaboration with the District's existing systems' vendor(s) Installation of structured cabling systems (Category 6, 6A, fiber optic) for data, voice, and wireless access points, including racks, patch panels, and cable management Installation of power and cabling for security and access control systems, including video surveillance (CCTV/IP cameras), card readers, and door strikes Installation, repair, and integration of public address (PA) systems, master/secondary clock systems, and automated bell systems Providing and connecting power to mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers (AHUs), boilers, chillers, pumps, and exhaust fans, including all associated control wiring Installation of power connections for commercial kitchen equipment, specialized educational equipment (e.g., science labs, technology labs), and auditorium/stage lighting systems Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing existing electrical systems, circuits, and equipment Question Deadline 11/18/2025 All relevant questions should be related to: Department of Treasury Division of Purchase and Property Contract Compliance and Audit Unit EEO Monitoring Program - PO Box 206 Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0206
