Bid #12-25/26 is for the "VHS South Gymnasium Bleachers" project. Drawings and specifications in electronic format may be obtained from the Architect's ShareFile site after being added to the official bidders list. To be added, email your name, company, contact information, and main contact email to the provided contact. Access to electronic bid documents requires establishing an account on the specified platform; documents will not be distributed by any other means. Questions must be directed to the specified contact via email. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary and must contain the Bid #, project title, bidder's name, and address on the envelope. No electronic submissions are accepted, and no bids will be received after the designated time. All bids must comply with requirements regarding Affirmative Action Against Discrimination, Prevailing Wage Rate Determination, and if the cost exceeds $20,000, the bidder must be prequalified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid (not to exceed $20,000). Other required documents include a statement of ownership, non-collusion affidavit, contractor questionnaire/certification, a valid Contractor's Registration Certificate, and forms included in the bid package. Failure to follow instructions or submit required documents may be cause for bid disqualification or rejection.
