**As of December 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 17, 2025.** Project consists of, but is not limited to the following: A 1.5 Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank (Composite or Multi-leg) with foundation, piping, electrical and all appurtenances at Plant "P". A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety registered with the U.S. Treasury shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check payable to the Goforth SUD may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The Goforth SUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. PWS No. TX1050019 Question Deadline 11/11/2025 Each request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to: Southwest Engineers, Inc. To be given consideration, each request must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
