Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Unit 1: Water Improvements 11,686 LF 8" Water Line 14 EA Fire Hydrants 341 EA 1" Water Service Connections Unit 2: Sanitary Sewer Improvements 1,346 LF 8" Ductile Iron Pipe with Protecto 401 Coating 2,372 LF 8" Sanitary Sewer Pipe by Open Cut 21 EA 4' Sanitary Sewer Manholes Unit 3: Paving Improvements 2,070 LF 10" Pavement Pulverization 8,844 SY 3" Asphalt Pvmt Ty D Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids.
