Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Mountain View (City) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to fabricate and deliver the City's pedestrian wayfinding signage package (marquee panels, directional blade signs, plan map signs) and the parking lot signage (bid alternate). No installation or engineering services are included. Response Types Line Items Type of AwardThe major work will consist of the (approximate) following: o 15,000 LF 8" water o 6,500 LF 8" sanitary sewer o 34 sanitary sewer manholes o 596 LF storm drain box culvert o 4 storm drain manholes o 2 storm drain inlets o 36,000 SY asphalt paving o 300 SY concrete paving Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
