This project will add an interventional radiology suite to meet increased demand for interventional radiology services and relocate an existing radiology suite to the same area to increase operational efficiency. The contractor shall complete the work required in accordance with terms and conditions, construction drawings and specifications. The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, North Florida / South Georgia Veterans System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) has a requirement to renovate approximately 5442 square feet of existing space for the installation of interventional radiology equipment on the first floor at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. The construction scope includes, but is not limited to, demolition, site preparation, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical work. The contractor shall complete the work required within seven hundred thirty (730) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm. The solicitation will be issued on or about 11-20-2025.
