No definite date for award Alachua County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting the submission of bids for stucco replacement in Jonesville Park Tennis Buildings. Experienced, qualified and responsible contractors are invited to submit bids for the repair and refurbishment of Tennis Center and Tennis Storage building at Rotary Park at Jonesville. This project aims to enhance the structural integrity, improve weather resistance, and restore the overall appearance of the buildings, ensuring safe and reliable use for the community over the long term. Service Requirements A. The Contractor will remove all loose, cracked, or failing stucco from the exterior walls and take all surfaces back to a sound substrate. Any damaged sheathing, moisture barrier, or related components uncovered during removal must be repaired or replaced. Install a new stucco system in accordance with industry standards, matching the existing texture and overall appearance. The finish coat must be pre-colored to match the existing building as closely as possible. Seal all joints, penetrations, and transitions, and ensure proper termination at the base and edges. The contractor is responsible for all cleanup, debris removal, and leaving the site in good condition upon completion. B. The Contractor shall provide an experienced team of professionals specializing in stucco removal, stucco installation. C. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all measurements necessary to perform the work required. The vendor shall also bear full responsibility for any errors or discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurements. D. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Department of Parks & Open Space staff to schedule all work in a manner that minimizes disruption to facility operations. E. The Contractor shall store equipment and supplies solely within the storage space designated by the County. F. The Contractor will be responsible for properly covering and protecting the surrounding grounds to prevent any damage or debris accumulation during the course of the work. G. The Contractor shall clean the work area on a daily basis, ensuring all debris is removed and the work area is left in a safe and orderly condition. H. The Contractor shall provide a warranty for all work performed, including stucco installation and covering any defects or deficiencies that may arise within the specified warranty period following project completion.
