Remodeling of a mixed-use development in E Sandwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade library.

The work includes providing flooring services for 11 classrooms and a portion of one library, which involves demolition of existing flooring, repairing or replacing subflooring, and receiving and storing Mannington tile. Work to be performed consists of installation and repair of various flooring products. Classrooms are to be fitted with LVT 18”x18” squares manufactured by Mannington Commercial in Spacia Stone Color Julep SS5S260 with 3mm thickness and Mannington Covebase in Charcoal. Carpet will be Mannington Commercial 24’x24’ carpet tile, with color and pattern to be determined. Bidders should be qualified and prepared to provide these flooring services.
