Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rocky Top, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of the demolition of CMU bleachers, asphalt sidewalk, and chain-link fencing; the construction of new ADA compliant aluminum bleachers, asphalt sidewalk, and chain-link fencing; and the renovation of an existing bathhouse and concessions buildings for ADA compliance and roof repairs. The proposed improvements must meet all ADA access requirements. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis, with four add alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished, and bidders must submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the instructions to bidders. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. any questions concerning the bid documents must be received by the designer no less than ninety-six (96) hours before bid opening date.
