This Invitation to Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Geotechnical Materials Testing Services for Contract No. 2025-T-18 Water and Wastewater Welland Canal Crossing in the City of Port Colborne, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). This Request for Tender is for Professional Geotechnical Materials Testing Services for the duration of the Water and Wastewater Welland Canal Crossing project. The construction contract is anticipated to be awarded in October 2025, with underground servicing works projected to begin shortly after. The estimated construction duration is 17 months. This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 1.
