This ITT is the second stage in a two-stage procurement process for the selection of a contractor to complete the work. Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification of Contractors Establish a list of pre-qualified contractors (the Pre-Qualified Contractors) who are eligible to participate in Stage 2 of the process. Stage 2 - Competitive Procurement Process Invite the Pre-Qualified Contractors to participate in a formal competitive process for the provision of the Deliverables. Only contractors who were pre-qualified through the City's RFSQ 2026-21 - Request for Supplier Qualifications for Construction of East Side Employment Lands Pumping Station will be eligible to submit a bid. Submissions from other Bidders who were not pre-qualified for this Stage 1 procurement process will not be considered. The purpose of this contract is to construct a new pumping station within the City's East Side Employment Lands. The scope of this contract involves constructing a new sanitary pumping station to support anticipated industrial development. The City has committed to providing wastewater servicing to the Asahi Kasei battery separator plant currently under construction north of the ESEL by June of 2027. This timeline cannot be adjusted.
