Bids and/or proposals are being accepted for an annual price agreement for bulk oils, lubricants, and fluids. Plans, specifications, and/or proposal forms must be obtained from the Vehicle Service Department during regular business hours. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to award the bid most advantageous to the City. In accordance with applicable law, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted. The law applies to contracts that require City Council action or have a value of at least $1 million.
