Demolition, site work and new construction of a golf course in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a golf course; for site work for a golf course; and for the demolition of a golf course.
Installation of a shed for golf cart storage at El Monte Golf Course . Including demolition and removal of the existing shed, tree removal, grading, material import, utiltiy intallation/adjustment, cart path adjustments, concrete flatwork, retaining walls, and installation of the new building and foundation. The building will be purchased and provided by Ogden City. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The estimated cost of the work is $ 290000. The Work will be Substantially Completed 70 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
