Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Harmon, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for the Village of Harmon, Illinois, Public Water Supply Project. DBE opportunities are available for subcontracting in electrical consulting. Awarded work shall be performed and completed expeditiously, with plans and specifications ready for bidding by March 1, 2026. Electrical Consulting subcontract work includes, but is not limited to, the design of the power and lighting systems for existing water treatment plant improvements. Construction phase services shall include shop drawing review and periodic on-site observation. Award of subcontracting work will be determined by evaluation of the business's submitted statement of qualifications, past business referrals, and current workload. Interested and qualified DBEs should contact in writing Mr. Matt Hansen by submitting a cover letter and a Statement of Qualifications within 16 days of this notice. All discussions and negotiations must be completed within 14 days thereafter.
