Vendors are required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, and Resolution No. 90-74, which requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. The City reserves the right to accept any bid or part thereof, or to reject any and all bids. The contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid meets the invitation requirements and is most advantageous to the City; considering price and other factors.
