Graham and Qusai Al Humairi Email mtgraham@nvcc.edu and qalhumairi@nvcc.edu Sealed bids are invited for the Dredge Annandale Lake Project (Volume I) and Replace Lake Asphalt Path Project (Volume II) at the Northern Virginia Community College in Fairfax, Virginia. The projects involve dredging Annandale Lake of approximately three acres (5,000 cubic yards) and subsequently removing the surrounding asphalt lake path. The Dredge Annandale Lake Project (Volume I) is to be performed first and must reach Substantial Completion, defined as sediment removed and approved by the Owner, before beginning the Replace Lake Asphalt Path Project (Volume II). Sealed bids will be received electronically through eVA or via hand delivery or shipping to the designated address. A Bid Bond is required. Bidders must be registered vendors in eVA. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, and withdrawal of bids are detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A pre-bid conference will be held at the specified location, with attendance optional for bidders. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis, with the award including the Total Base Bid Amount and any selected Additive Bid Items as determined by the Owner.
