Site work for a mixed-use development in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development and municipal facility.
Sealed bids are being requested for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts for all projects of the Bucks County Housing Authority for a period of two years. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as a bid for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts. Each bid must include bid security in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cash equal to ten percent of the bid per project. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after they are opened. The Bucks County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any requirements inserted for the protection of the Authority, as it deems in its best interest and as permitted by law. Projects included are Grundy Tower, Grundy Hall, Grundy Gardens, LaMont Plaza, Bensalem Woods, Grundy Manor, Grundy House, Shadywood Village, Sellersville Heights, Venice Ashby Phase I & II and Office Building, and MacIntosh Regency. The Projects included in this competition are: Grundy Tower, Bristol, PA; Grundy Hall, Doylestown, PA; Grundy Gardens, Fairless Hills, PA; LaMont Plaza, Fairless Hills, PA; Bensalem Woods, Bensalem Township, PA; Grundy Manor, Telford, PA; Grundy House, Quakertown, PA; Shadywood Village, Perkasie, PA; Sellersville Heights, Sellersville, PA; Venice Ashby Phase I & II, and Venice Ashby Office Building, Bristol, PA; and Macintosh Regency, Tullytown, PA.
