Question Deadline 12/04/2025 Questions must be received by Designer at least six calendar days before bid due date. Region 2 Van Buren County Maintenance Building Scope is to build a new maintenance building onsite of the Van Buren County TDOT location. The new maintenance building is to be a 40' x 80' Pre-Engineered Metal Building and will be located 35 feet off the north fence and 25 feet off the east fence. The proposed location is where the current brine shed is located. The brine shed is a 35' x 40' concrete and wood structure that will be demolished as part of the project. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids.
