Reference Number 0000403774 The County of Macomb is extending this invitation to all vendors who would like to provide a written proposal for a complete turnkey software as a solution (SaaS) solution that is ready for immediate use, as intended, upon installation / Go-Live production date. The terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP) require the vendor to provide all products and services necessary to support the successful installation, integration, and operation of the solution. The solution shall include, but shall not be limited to, design, configuration, installation, acceptance testing, training, documentation, support, and maintenance of the solution. Vendor's response to this RFP is an acknowledgement that the bid includes all labor, material, services, and shift work necessary to provide a complete, functional, and operational turnkey solution for the end user that will be fully operational as intended at Go-Live. This RFP defines the scope of products and services desired, solution functionality requirements, technology foundation and vendor qualification requirements. Rfp Responses Must Include the Following in a Sealed Envelope(S): (1) Hard Copy Original (2) Hard Copies of the Proposal (1) Unencrypted Electronic Copy (Universal Serial Bus (Usb) Flash Drive) Clear Marking on the Outside of the Sealed Envelope(S) the Company Name Along With the Following Verbiage: "proposal Item 43-25 Macomb County Sheriff Scheduler System Replacement Project" Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Questions regarding the RFP scope of work (SOW) and specifications may be directed in writing only by email. All questions or clarifications must be submitted via email to the point of contact(s) noted below. Any attempt to contact a county employee or department, regarding this RFP, other than the individual noted above may be grounds for vendor disqualification on this RFP Email: Crystal.Montagne@macombgov.org and Mary.Schultz@macombgov.org TERM OF CONTRACT Base Contract: The contract will be for a minimum of three (3) years with (3) optional (1) year extension, aggregating to a total of (6) possible years to support all requirements specified in the Technical Specification Document attached. Alternate Contract Alternate 1 will be for a minimum of five (5) years with (3) optional (1) year extension, aggregating to a total of (8) possible years to support all requirements specified in the Technical Specification Document attached. The County of Macomb reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive any informalities therein or accept any proposal it may deem in the best interest of the county. The County of Macomb may refer to past-experience and performance as a factor in making an award.
