Barton Malow Builders requests Bid Proposals on behalf of Lapeer Community Schools for the construction of RW Playground and Pavilions for Bid Package # 7.1 work. Proposals shall be based on the requirements set forth in the Barton Malow Builders project manual and construction bidding documents prepared by French Associates project drawings and specifications for Bid Category: 11 6810 Playgrounds. Bid Proposals will be received by electronic, physical hand, or mail delivery. Electronic bids are to be submitted via Building Connected. Proposals must be sealed with the Bidder's name outside the envelope and designated with the project and bid details. Bidders may be required to be pre-qualified to requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders before document distribution or receipt of bids. Bid Proposals shall be on forms furnished by Barton Malow Builders. Bidders are not to withdraw or revoke Bid Proposals for a period of 90 Days after the date for receipt of Bid Proposals. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of base bid is required. Bidders with an EMR greater than 1.0 may not be considered. Accepted Bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required.
