Remodel of existing interior space of building. Scope includes but not limited to: demo of existing spaces and walls, demo of existing finishes, construction of new offices and restrooms, rework of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, installation of new finishes and rework of existing office systems. Trades include; Selective Demo, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, ACT, Doors & Hardware, Carpet, VCT, 4" Rubber Base, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Power and Lighting, Fire Suppression Sprinklers, Fire Alarm, Telephone, Security System. Location- 1505 Suncrest Dr Lapeer, MI 48446 Bid Bond of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form. Required Construction Start: Not later than January 2, 2026. Required Final Completion Date: January 31, 2026 The security deposit will be returned after delivery to the Owner of the required Performance and Payment Bond(s) by the accepted bidder. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
