Reference Number 0000403823 The School District is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform a comprehensive HVAC and electrical system evaluation of fourteen (14) existing district buildings. The purpose of this study is to assess the current HVAC and electrical infrastructure, determine the feasibility of implementing building-wide comfort cooling (air conditioning), heating and dehumidification systems, and to produce a schematic design and capacity analysis to support future capital improvements. The study will also identify potential rebates, grants, or funding sources to offset associated costs.
